What currency is accepted on the site?
At present we only accept payment in GBP.
I just placed an order, when will it arrive?
We try our best to post items as fast as we can. Please allow 4-7 days of production time, average dispatch times are 14-21 days.
Tracking numbers will be issued when your items have been POSTED. If you don't have a tracking number after 7 working days please contact us at: customerservice@roadmanuk.com
I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?
We offer a 100% money back guarantee, if the product is defective or damaged on arrival or you simply don't like it. We give you 14 days to send it back to us for a full refund. You must post it back at your own expense, once we have received the product we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. Please Include all a name and order number on the returned parcels.
Please note: If you your package has been dispatched, you must wait for it to arrive and return it before receiving a refund.
Can I cancel my order?
You are able to cancel your order within 24 hours of your purchase, with no penalties! If the item has already been dispatched please use our return process to get a full refund.
I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have provided an incorrect delivery addresss, simply reply to your order confirmation email and provide the correct details. Alternatively, you can notify us via email at: customerservice@roadmanuk.com
We are only able to update incorrect postage address within 24 hours of your order being placed. We are not responsible for any orders processed after this timeframe and refunds will not be issued beyond 24 hours.
How long does posting take?
Postage times vary as we do post worldwide from different fulfillment centers based on your location. The average posting time is 14-25 business days.
